The Full-time MBA is a programme that runs for 15-21 months. The first year gives you competence in key core areas, while the second year allows you a great deal of choice. You will differentiate yourself according to your strengths and preferences, and improve on your weaknesses.

The Full-time MBA Programme at London Business School also has one of the world's largest international exchange programmes. Each year approximately 35 per cent of second-year MBAs spend a term abroad at one of over 30 partner schools. The business school also hosts a similar number of students from their partner schools. It's your opportunity to build new business networks and experience a new culture.

The recquirement is a good undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification. If you do not have a degree, London Business School may still consider your application if you have worked in a position with a high level of responsibility. The current Full-time MBA students have on average 5.5 years of postgraduate work experience and a good performance record. If you have less than three years' work experience you will need to show superior academic credentials or evidence of outstanding performance.

THE FIRST YEAR
The first year gives you competence in core areas, while the second year allows you a great deal of choice. You will differentiate yourself according to your strengths and preferences, and improve on your weaknesses. You develop core knowledge and skills. You'll attend lectures in groups of around 75 students and study in a group of six or seven. You will work with them throughout the first year and achieve around 50 per cent of your first year grade together.

From June to September during your first year you will have the chance to put what you're learning into practice. Most students on the Full-time MBA Programme undertake an 8-12 week paid internship. This helps put your first year learning into perspective and reveals your own capabilities and goals.

THE SECOND YEAR
During the second year of the Full-time MBA Programme you'll be able to choose between nine and 12 electives from a large and varied portfolio, including science, technology and real estate electives at University College London.

You will gain experience in forming groups. During the electives you'll build teams with fellow MBAs and participants from other London Business School degree programmes.

OTHER INFORMATION
To be a successful global business leader you should have experience of learning a new language. London Business School requires graduates to be competent in a language other than English.
